At Sweet Pea Papery, we specialize in digital and made-to-order stationery products. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and/or customized nature of our products:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please ensure all details, especially for personalized items, are correct before purchasing.

Digital files cannot be “returned,” and once delivered or accessed, they are considered final.
2. Order Issues or File Errors
If you experience any issues with your order, such as:

Trouble accessing or downloading your files

Broken links or technical problems

Incorrect files or customization errors

3. Customized & Personalized Orders
Once the design process has started for a custom order, we cannot offer refunds. Be sure to double-check all details, including:

Names and dates

Event details
-
Spelling and grammar
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
4. EU Customers – 14-Day Digital Exemption
Under the EU’s 14-day “cooling-off” period, digital content is not eligible for return or refund once:

Download or delivery has begun; and

You have agreed to this condition before completing your purchase.
By downloading your files, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived.
