These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including purchasing our digital and printable stationery templates and custom designs. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, and are responsible for maintaining the security of your purchase information.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Sweet Pea Papery specializes in editable templates and custom digital stationery. Products may include downloadable templates, personalized items, or print-ready files. Please review all descriptions carefully before purchase. Due to the nature of digital files, minor variations in formatting or color may occur based on your device or printer.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, update product details, or limit access to our offerings at our discretion.

3. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, most products are delivered as digital files via email or instant download after purchase. Custom orders may involve a short turnaround time, which will be clearly communicated.

Please ensure you use a valid email address and check your spam/promotions folder if your files don’t arrive promptly.

4. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final.
Due to the digital and/or custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you experience an issue accessing your files or receive an incorrect/custom file, please contact us at hello@sweetpeapapery.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

5. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless stated otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our designs as your own.

You may:

Edit templates for your personal use
Print products at home or via a professional printer

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute files or links
Use designs for commercial resale or branding
Upload designs to print-on-demand services

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via Shopify and its third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, exchange rate differences, or taxes incurred through your payment method.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may use third-party tools (like Canva, Corjl, or Shopify integrations) to help deliver or personalize your product. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from third-party use.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, templates, and written content on our website are the intellectual property of Sweet Pea Papery. They are protected by copyright and may not be used without express written permission.

You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, files, or materials downloaded or accessed through the Services.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Pea Papery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including issues related to file access, formatting, or printing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in South Africa.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
